  • Internet or device activity — browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, clickstream data, device identifiers.
  • Approximate geolocation data — derived from your IP address.
  • Inferences — preferences and characteristics inferred from your activity, such as product interests.
  • Communications and user content — messages, reviews, photos, and other content you submit.

We collect this information directly from you (for example, at checkout, account sign-up, contact forms, or SMS/email opt-in), automatically (cookies, pixels, SDKs), and from third parties (advertising networks, analytics providers, social-login providers, fraud-prevention services).

We do not knowingly collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined by CPRA, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We do not sell personal information for money. We will verify your request using information we already have on file (such as your email address and order history). You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require written authorization and identity verification.

We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary, as permitted by law.

6. SMS and Text Messaging Terms (TCPA)

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from us (for example, by checking an opt-in box at checkout, on a sign-up form, or by texting a keyword), you consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional messages from SUPER LINER at the mobile number you provided, sent via automated technology.
