This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how West Liners LLC, doing business as SUPER LINER ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit https://www.superlinerusa.com (the "Site") or use any related products, services, or communications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, our email and SMS communications, our customer service channels, and our online store hosted on Shopify. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services we do not own or control.

We collect the following categories of personal information, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"):

Identifiers — name, email, phone number, postal address, IP address, customer account ID.
Customer records and commercial information — orders, products purchased, returns, refunds, billing and shipping addresses.
Payment information — payment card details and billing address, collected and processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors (including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar services). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Internet or device activity — browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, clickstream data, device identifiers.
Approximate geolocation data — derived from your IP address.
Inferences — preferences and characteristics inferred from your activity, such as product interests.
Communications and user content — messages, reviews, photos, and other content you submit.

We collect this information directly from you (for example, at checkout, account sign-up, contact forms, or SMS/email opt-in), automatically (cookies, pixels, SDKs), and from third parties (advertising networks, analytics providers, social-login providers, fraud-prevention services).

We do not knowingly collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined by CPRA, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

Process, fulfill, ship, and support orders, returns, and refunds;
Create and manage your customer account;
Communicate with you about orders, shipments, support, and policy updates;
Send marketing emails and, if you have opted in, SMS or text messages;

Service providers — Shopify (e-commerce platform and analytics), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, customer-support tools, email and SMS marketing providers, reviews platforms, fraud-prevention vendors, and IT and hosting providers.
Advertising and analytics partners — such as Meta/Facebook, Google, TikTok, and similar networks that may use cookies or pixels on the Site for measurement and interest-based advertising.
Affiliates and corporate group — for internal business purposes consistent with this Policy.
Legal and safety — government authorities, law enforcement, courts, and others when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale, or similar transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising cookies and similar tools to deliver cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing" or "sale" under California law. You may opt out at any time using the "Your California Privacy Rights" section below or our cookie preferences tool.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
Request deletion of personal information we collected from you;
Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not currently use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right);
Be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your request using information we already have on file (such as your email address and order history). You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require written authorization and identity verification.

We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary, as permitted by law.

6. SMS and Text Messaging Terms (TCPA)

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from us (for example, by checking an opt-in box at checkout, on a sign-up form, or by texting a keyword), you consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional messages from SUPER LINER at the mobile number you provided, sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. 7. Email Marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, updating your account preferences, or contacting us. We will continue to send transactional emails (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) regardless of your marketing preferences.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner (where available), your browser settings, and industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing for the browser sending the signal.

9. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processors. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Site.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@superlinerusa.com so we can delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
