Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with West Liners LLC, doing business as SUPER LINER ("we," "us," or "our"). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return items purchased from https://www.superlinerusa.com and how refunds are issued.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Because our products are auto trim, decals, wraps, and vehicle accessories, items qualify for return only when ALL of the following are true:
- The item is in new, unused, and resalable condition;
- The original packaging, protective backing/liner, instructions, and any included hardware are intact;
- The product has not been installed, partially installed, test-fitted, heated, stretched, or trimmed/cut to fit a vehicle;
- The protective release liner or transfer tape has not been peeled or removed (for decals, vinyl, and films);
- You have a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law or where the item arrives defective or damaged:
- Custom-cut, made-to-order, personalized, or vehicle-specific configured items;
- Items with the release liner peeled, transfer tape removed, or adhesive exposed;
- Items showing signs of installation, heat application, stretching, scratching, or trimming;
- Clearance or final-sale items, free promotional items, and gift cards;
- Items returned without an RMA, missing parts, or not in original packaging.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email support@superlinerusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return. Photos are appreciated.
- If approved, we will email you an RMA number and return instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA email within 15 days of receiving your RMA. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged in transit). We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your tracking number until the refund is processed.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our facility), we will email you to confirm the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or card-network processing may add additional time.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a return does not meet the conditions above, we may deny the refund or offer a partial refund and return the item to you at your expense.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact support@superlinerusa.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number;
- Clear photos of the item, the damage or defect, the SKU/label, and the outer shipping box;
- A short description of the issue.
For verified defects, transit damage, or shipping errors caused by us, we will (at our option) replace the item, ship the correct item, or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct swaps. To exchange an item, please return the original item under this Policy and place a new order for the replacement.
9. Cancellations & Order Changes
We process orders quickly. Requests to cancel or modify an order (including address changes) must be sent to support@superlinerusa.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified, and the standard return process applies after delivery.
10. Fitment & Installation Disclaimer
You are responsible for verifying that the product fits your vehicle’s year, make, model, and trim before purchase and before installation. Returns will not be accepted because the item was ordered for the wrong vehicle if the item has been opened, partially installed, or trimmed. We strongly recommend professional installation. SUPER LINER is not liable for installation labor, damage caused by improper installation, or impact on vehicle warranties.
