Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how West Liners LLC, doing business as SUPER LINER ("we," "us," or "our"), processes and ships orders placed at https://www.superlinerusa.com.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and U.S. territories served by our carriers (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam). We do not ship to international addresses or freight forwarders at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. During promotions and peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and similar carriers. Estimated delivery time after the order ships:
- Standard Shipping (Contiguous 48 states): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Alaska, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO: 7–21 business days, depending on carrier and destination
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time = order processing time + carrier transit time. We are not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, customs (where applicable), labor disputes, or other events outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping method you select. Promotions such as free shipping, when offered, are subject to the terms of the promotion (e.g., minimum order value, contiguous-U.S. only).
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear with the carrier. If you do not see updates after 48 hours, contact support@superlinerusa.com.
6. Address Accuracy & Address Changes
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment/unit number). Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may incur reshipment fees and are not eligible for a free reship.
Address changes can only be made before the order enters fulfillment. Email support@superlinerusa.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once the order has been packed or shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Title and risk of loss for shipped products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend a secure delivery location.
- Tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it: Check with neighbors, building management, and household members; look for a carrier delivery photo. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
- Lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days): Email us at support@superlinerusa.com with your order number; we will file a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged in transit: Take photos of the outer box, packing materials, and damaged item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please retain all damaged items and packaging until your claim is resolved.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused at delivery, returned by the carrier as undeliverable, or unclaimed at a pickup location will be returned to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and a re-shipment fee will apply if you would like the order resent.
9. P.O. Boxes
Most items can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Oversized or freight items may require a physical street address; we will contact you if your order cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
10. Sales Tax & Duties
Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown on your order summary. Because we ship within the United States only, no international duties or import fees apply.
11. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@superlinerusa.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
